Initiate Your Request
Log into your AVANT account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the skincare or cosmetic items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Processing & Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
